I have switched to a different bank account. How do I update my direct deposit information?

If your banking information changes, you can easily update this information through your online account.

  • Log in to your account, then click on Profile in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Click on the Reimbursement Method buttons on the left.
  • Select Direct Deposit under Select Reimburse Payments.
  • Enter your bank name, bank account number, bank routing number, and type of account, then select Save Changes.

Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to set up or change your direct deposit information in your FSA account.
