2017 Health Care FSA Plan Limit Increases
2017 Maximum Limit Updates
Recently, the IRS increased the amount participants may contribute to a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Limited Expense Health Care FSA. For the 2017 benefit period, you can contribute up to a maximum of $2,600 - an increase of $50 from the 2016 benefit period.
The minimum annual election for each FSA remains unchanged at $100. In addition, the Dependent Care FSA maximum annual election did not change, and it remains at $5,000 per household or $2,500 if married, filing separately.
